MRC’s call center is staffed by professional registered nurses deploying MRC’s sophisticated call center technology. When a reporter calls and indicates that they have received a defective product, MRC collects all relevant data and directs shipment of the product to the manufacturer or its agent. A prepaid mailer may be forwarded as per the client’s direction and any coupons or incentives are fulfilled directly through MRC facilities.

“Hidden Adverse Events” may be identified during Medical Information or Product Complaint Calls and will be processed according to a standard protocol established with the client.
