The Employees of MRC

December 2008: MRC announces exciting new additions to our staff!

  • Please welcome new National Account Representatives Jim Buchanan, Joel Mueller, and Randy Haynes, all of whom come to MRC with extensive experience in litigation support, well-equipped to recommend streamlined records collection and analysis strategies. Dinorah Scholl, familiar to many MRC clients from her exemplary work as a Record Retrieval Client Liaison, will also be joining the Sales team on a part-time basis while continuing her work as CL for selected projects. Both Jim and Dinorah worked as paralegals in earlier phases of their careers, and have valuable perspective on the issues most important to legal teams facing discovery challenges.
  • Roderick Haynes is MRC’s new Director of Information Systems, bringing over 15 years of experience in Information Technology. Roderick’s expertise in project management methodology, as well as the application and infrastructure aspects of IT, makes him an asset to MRC’s internal and external customers.
  • In January, Denise Jackson will join MRC as Vice President of Client Services. Denise, who is ITIL certified, has held executive positions with Opalis Software and Unisys, and will be responsible for ensuring that MRC’s clients’ needs are met.  She will oversee smooth initiation of new projects and monitor existing projects to ensure accurate, service-driven operations.

MRC’s greatest resource is our dedicated team of employees. We believe in fostering a positive and dynamic work environment, resulting in low employee turnover and a high rate of employee referrals. We encourage professional growth within the organization, but also seek out talented individuals from the healthcare, technology, and legal industries.

Our staff includes senior level nurses, paralegals, attorneys, researchers, educators, programmers, hardware and software specialists, and clerical and administrative staff of all levels.

MRC’s staff is attuned to the needs of its clients and is dedicated to the best customer service in the industry.

Who’s Who

Client Liaisons are paralegals who oversee the record retrieval operations of their assigned projects. They serve as the liaison between the clients and the record retrieval departments.

MRC nurses are recruited from wide-ranging fields of specialization and have a minimum of 10 years clinical experience. Using sophisticated understanding of the litigation process, our nurses review, analyze, and summarize all relevant medical documents.

Record Retrieval consists of

Case Entry, Research, Quality Control, Check Processing and Expeditors.  Members of this department work in project-based teams using MRC’s proprietary workflow processes to ensure the most efficient handling of record requests.

Scanning

Shipping & Receiving

The Shipping Department also ships original or copies of records, or oversees storage or shredding of the records as directed by the client.
