MRC nurses work with clients to identify common Medical Information Requests or FAQs, which are then used to populate our custom database with medically and legally approved responses. MRC nurses take calls from healthcare professionals and consumers who have questions about dosing and other medication issues. Information gathered is entered into MRC (or client) systems and made available to our clients. “Hidden Adverse Events” may be identified during Medical Information or Product Complaint Calls and will be processed according to a standard protocol established with the client.
