Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Watson manages the day to day operations of MRC, and provides oversight and guidance to key MRC leadership. She actively seeks new business opportunities for MRC in traditional and emerging markets. She has held multiple executive leadership positions within MRC, including V.P. of Quality, V.P. of Nursing, and V.P. of Record Retrieval/Document Management, and has directly supervised and managed employees assigned to the bulk of MRC's active projects. Prior to taking on senior leadership roles, Ms. Watson worked as a legal nurse consultant and Nurse Project Manager for MRC. The early portion of Ms. Watson's career was spent as a registered nurse in hospital settings.

Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Harrington oversees financial/accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and cash management. She manages MRC’s Business Office, working with clients and staff on project budgets, projections and reporting. In addition, she has responsibility for the efficient management and supervision of MRC's Information Technology and Human Resources departments. Ms. Harrington obtained a BBA in Finance from Texas State University and has substantial experience in accounting and finance, including senior management positions.
