The Legal and Insurance Industries

MRC’s original product was reviewing and summarizing published medical research findings for attorneys engaged in medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. Attorneys and insurance clients then began requesting Medical Record Reviews and Analyses; essential tools for both individual claims and mass torts, providing clients with sophisticated analyses of the medical and legal facts for each matter. MRC’s Medical Record Reviews and Analyses are commonly referred to as the best in class in the litigation support market.

When MRC’s clients became engaged in mass tort litigation involving millions of documents, we responded by adding Record Retrieval and Document Management Services. After surveying the market and improving on available services, MRC established a record retrieval service that is quicker and more thorough than its competitors. MRC also successfully introduced Call Center services.

WiseFiles offers uniquely flexible searching and reporting capabilities, valued by front line litigators and executive decision makers. WiseFiles undergoes constant upgrades and improvements to remain at the forefront of the fast-moving litigation technology market.

MRC’s consistent focus on cost efficiency, quality and customer service has been rewarded with multiple preferred vendor contracts, including DuPont, Pfizer and other major pharmaceutical companies. Recently, MRC has expanded our service offerings, providing support for HCC Management, lien resolution, and other facets of the legal and insurance industries.

Clinical Research and Safety Surveillance

After many years of helping clients fulfill Safety reporting requirements in tandem with our litigation support activities, MRC expanded its service offerings to Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance/Safety Support. MRC’s depth of experience in record retrieval, document management, and medical record review has been successfully leveraged to support data validation, adverse event receipt and reporting, as well as medical writing.
