MRC’s Help Desk is available via several convenient options:
1. Within WiseFiles or via MRC’s web site www.mrchouston.com, users may access the “SUPPORT” link to submit a Work Order.

    1. A tracking number is automatically generated and displayed to the requester for future reference.
    2. MRC’s MIS Department will process the request to completion.
    3. A confirmation E-Mail is sent to the requester upon completion of the Work Order.
